We start to make our dough at least 70 hours before it reaches the oven. This allows us to guarantee that its packed full of fantastic flavour! Established in 2015.

#TasteOfJoy Established in 2018. Japes started as a student project in September 2018 with one simple goal – to make the highest quality deep dish pizzas in a pleasant casual atmosphere.
