All our chicken is free-range and fried in British rapeseed oil which has nearly zero transfats compared to other oils. Established in 2017. Our founders David and Carl met back in the day in a muddy field at a festival. Together they dreamed of one day opening an awesome fried chicken shop that did everything the right way [changing fried chicken for the good]

For the next five years they went on an amazing journey, bringing people together through their love of music, art and food, creating some of the most exciting pop-ups and collaborations around London.

Then one day they found an old greasy spoon café in East London and with a lot of hard work opened their first fried chicken shop called Chick ‘n Sours that quickly went on to serve up the finest fried chicken and cheekiest cocktails you could get your sticky little hands on
