You can also find Brightons best Homemade cakes baked on the premises by Mrs Pie. Established in 2005. In 1990 Our Cornish Pasty Shop founder Ian Baldry (Mr Pie) left the UK to see the world. Whenever he returned to the West Country, his first port of call before visiting his family would always be the village bakery, to fill up on the Cornish Pasties that he had craved while away.
Eventually Ian settled down and still craving his favourite food he set about establishing ‘Our Cornish Pasty Shop’ as a way of providing those pasties for himself and all of us not fortunate enough to live in Cornwall.
