Specialties: You will find 34 Mayfair just off Grosvenor Square (with the entrance on South Audley Street), in the heart of Mayfair. With its polished oak parquet, soft lighting and colourful contemporary art collection, it has an Upper East Side-style elegance, which is enhanced by the open kitchen.

Head Chef Harvey Ayliffe’s modern, seasonal menu with international influences is based around the bespoke Argentine parrilla grill, with a great selection of beef (including pure heritage breeds from the Yorkshire Dales and A5 Japanese Wagyu), seasonal game and fish and a wonderfully diverse wine list. Established in 2011. Opened by Richard Caring in November 2011 and located in South Audley Street just off Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair, 34 Mayfair serves carefully sourced meat and seasonal game, as well as lighter dishes, fish and shellfish. Classing itself as a “grill” restaurant, the centrepiece of the kitchen is a bespoke charcoal grill, also known as a parrilla, imported from Argentina, which is fed by natural fuels. Beef plays an important role at 34 Mayfair and includes Bridge of Allan dry-aged grass-fed, A5 Japanese Wagyu, USDA prime, and pure heritage breeds from nutrient-rich limestone meadows in the Yorkshire Dales.
