Specialties: We specialise in Local and World Craft Beers from the likes of The Kernal in London, to Rogue in the USA.
We also offer a range of perfectly mixed cocktails, with a truly impressive back bar of spirits.
If you’re hungry we do an amazing selection of sliders, a plate of 3 for £7.50. As well as our Angus Beef and Pulled Pork Cheeseburger.
If you’re looking for a good night out we have that covered with our light up dancefloor in the basement which is open every Friday and Saturday night and is free entry all night every night. Established in 2006. The building has gone through many incarnations. It began life in the 1920’s as an ‘Electricity Showrooms’. Built by the Shoreditch council, it was to display the wonders of Electricity to a suspicious population who were wary of this new and strange alternative to gas!
It was a pub in the 90’s famous for it’s links with the emerging modern art scene including Tracey Emin and Damien Hirst.
It then lost it’s name and became a cuban themed restaurant, which brings us up to it’s current incarnation…. back to a pub and back to ‘Electricity Showrooms’.
We have restored the building to its former glory, keeping with history and restoring the original sign. Now serving the good people of Shoreditch all their food and drink needs!
