About ICCO - “The People’s Pizzeria”

Specialties: High quality, good value pizza made daily with fresh dough on the premises by experienced pizza chefs. We wanted to create a price structure which would appeal to customers who wanted to be able to eat pizzas at anytime of the day or night and didn’t want the formality of a typical restaurant. The ambience we wanted to create was casual but highly functional hence the abundance of stainless steel and strong lines. Our main aim remains the same today, a fair price for fresh high quality ingredients with no preservatives or colouring and consistently tasty pizzas.

Everyone who has visited and tasted our food at ICCo always seems to return for more. The feed back we get everyday is great and it seems as if our reputation precedes us. ICCo pizza is spreading everyday through “word of mouth”. Established in 2002. Established in 2002 as a quasi coffee shop pizzeria. Famous in the area for its free croissant with every hot drink deal. It offered alongside its pizzas, jacket potatoes, salads, pasta and other snacks. With the competitors in the area it proved a battle too strong. In 2005 it evolved as an operation focused on its thin crust traditional Italian freshly prepared pizzas. Chefs were brought in with extensive experience from Italy and the business focused primarily on pizzas. The pizza menu increased from 7 pizzas to 11. In 2012 ICCo modernised its look further increasing both space and efficiency of ordering in order to cope with increase in demand. 3 new pizzas were added increasing the total pizzas on offer to 14. Nowadays ICCo is extremely established and a well known eatery to hundreds of students, tourists and locals. ICCO has now opened its 2nd branch in Camden at 21a Camden High Street. With an amazing interior design this shop has already started satisfying the Camden crowds.
