Marco Vineis founded Gastronomica in 2008 after spending over a decade importing products directly from Italy. The shop focuses on supporting traditional food makers and small rural communities by showcasing their expertise and regional culinary masterpieces.

Then about a year or so later opened the second one on Kaliste Saloom rd. Then a year later opened number 3 on Rue Louis XIV. After 22 years sold the property and semi retired. 5 and a half years later opened what is know Tim’s kitchen(Ruby’s 4) at 1000 Albertson pkwy in Broussard la. Creole Cajun soul food.
