Specialties: Terribly tasty tarts, dished up with fresh salads and washed down with proper coffee and loose leaf teas. Full brunch menu served every day til 3pm and a range of baked sweet cakes and pastries. Grab a coffee & cake for £5 from 3pm Mon-Fri. Established in 2014. Adam & Jace started selling tarts and salads at a local food market and the idea took off. Moving from stall to shop, we also offer tart-themed brunches and have hampers to rent for the common. Relaxed vibe, smiley staff and free wifi.

After 22 years sold the property and semi retired. 5 and a half years later opened what is know Tim’s kitchen(Ruby’s 4) at 1000 Albertson pkwy in Broussard la. Creole Cajun soul food.
