Its a hot, its got a growl but its the nicest bite you’ll ever suffer. The VIPER. Formally our “under the counter sauce” Due to word getting out we named it. Lots of flavour lots of heat. Our Newest Sauce. Named after a customer that made over 100 appearances in as many days for his beloved wings in Viper sauce. The PAUL F. Lots of heat balanced and held by the sweetness of Mango Pulp. We didn’t expect it to be so popular. Everyones welcome to try all our sauces. We’re happy to take you through the lot. We also have a secret weapon. Our 11 ingredient Bleu Cheese Dip. Heaven sent. Established in 2012. We opened the hatch of The Orange Buffalo in June 2012. Inspired by our shared cravings for Buffalo wings and disappointed by a dire lack of places to enjoy them in the UK we set about creating our own tangy buffalo sauce, what we produced was a highly flavoursome and most arousing sauce that surpassed our expectations.
We both had visions of gleaming Airstreams and nostalgia exuding classics, it was on one nubilous afternoon that we happened upon a rusty, rotten, two decade old burger van located in a distant, mysterious place called Swansea. Working with our friend Jim, the trailers metamorphosis was complete. Refashioned from carpark trash to Gok Wan high street in just over a month.
Satisfied, we allowed ourselves to meditate for a moment, we hugged, hi 5’d, and then were struck by the realisation that our recent choices had driven us far from the comfort of our previous professions and had paved new paths as Street Vendors of Free Range Buffalo Wings!
